The team at Obshir Healh Care believes at the end of life, people have a right to choose where to spend their final days. Most people prefer to spend their last days at home. Taking care of you and your family in their final days is our speciality.
Home care for Palliative Care can include:
- Services such as bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance.
- Preparing meals according to your preferences, and cleaning up afterward.
- Assisting with medical needs, including prompting or administering medications.
- Changing continence pads as well as managing stomas and catheters.
- Running errands to pick up prescriptions or buy groceries
- Providing gentle support or hoisted transfers in order to move around the house.
- Performing household chores, such as vacuuming, dusting, changing beds, and doing the laundry.
